EPTC has several competitions running throughout its weekly schedule. We offer competitions for ladies doubles, mixed doubles and children.
Ladies Competitions:
Ladies competitions run on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9.30am. The format is a team of 2 women where you play 3 sets against a different pair each week. 1 season of ladies comp spans across 2 terms (generally 6 months in length). The cost of joining the ladies comp is $340; you will be invoiced $170 for each 10 week term. Tennis Australias competition software is used to manage the scoring and fixtures of the ladies comps. Weekly updates of the scores and fixtures can be viewed by visiting comps.tennis.com.au. EPTC also offers a child minding facility for children aged 6 months and above for any monthers wishing to join the competition.

Mixed Doubles:
EPTC holds a Thursday night mixed doubles competition for adults at 8pm. The format is a team of 2; 1 man and 1 women where you play 3 sets against a different pair each week. 1 season of Thursday night comp spans across 2 terms (generally 6 months in length). The cost of joining the Thursday night comp is $340; you will be invoiced $170 for each 10 week term. If you can not commit to every Thursday why don't you try being a fill-in? We are always looking for new people to add to our emergency players list; the cost of filling in casually is $15 for 1 nights play. EPTC is also the proud owner of a on premise liquor license where we serve a wide range of wines, beers and premixed spirits; come down and have a drink while you are waiting to take to the court!
Saturday Social is a mixed doubles social competition for adults. It is held every Saturday of the year from 1pm-5pm and costs $25 for a guaranteed 3 sets of mixed doubles. The competition is co-ordinated by EPTC's Director of Coaching, Rob Turner. Rob chooses the pairings for the afternoons play; this allows the standard of the teams to be kept balanced for the afternoon - resulting in a fun and fair afternoon of tennis! EPTC supplies a light snacks for all players midway through play. EPTC is also the proud owner of a on premise liquor license where we serve a wide range of wines, beers and premixed spirits; come down and have a drink while you are waiting to take to the court!
Junior Competitions:
The Friday night round robin is a fully supervised social competition for children aged 7-16 years. The competition is held in conjunction with the school calendar at 4pm-6pm on Friday evenings and costs $15 per child per week. EPTC gets an average of 30 kids every Friday wanting to participate in the social competition. Over the course of the 2 hours the children will play singles and doubles, along with other tennis orientated games and drills; all co-ordinated by EPTC's Coach and Sports Administrator Julia Goncalves.
The Sunday afternoon round robin is a fully supervised social competition for children aged 7-16 years. The competition is held in conjunction with the school calendar at 2pm-4pm on Sunday afternoons and costs $15 per child per week. Over the course of the 2 hours the children will play singles and doubles, along with other tennis orientated games and drills; all co-ordinated by EPTC's Coach and Sports Administrator Michael Mann.
