Our Philosophy 
As a chosen ambassador for Tennis Australia, Tiebreak Tennis Academy offers a dynamic tennis program which balances fun and progressive skill development. Our philosophy is to teach a love of the game. We strive to be the fun and friendly family tennis school and cater for all ages and ability whether you may be starting tennis for the first time or wish to progress your tennis skills to another level. We develop and present programs for juniors and adults to to help every student optimise their ability and attain a skill level to enjoy tennis as a lifetime pursuit.

Meet The Coaches
The TieBreak Tennis Academy is a full-time professional Tennis Academy employing carefully chosen staff/coaches who meet very specific criteria. Our Senior Coaches are required to be Tennis Australia "Advanced" USPTA or "Club Professional" accreditation coaches and all assistants must complete their Tennis Australia "Junior Development" coach qualifications. Teaching tennis at TieBreak is not a hobby...it is a lifelong passion and commitment to provide quality coaching and unlimited opportunities to our students.
Advanced Teaching and Learning Equipment
Tennis Playstation (pictured below) is a wonderful skill development work station. One of its excellent features is to accelerate a students understanding and skill progression in developing topsin and underspin.
Ball machines. The Academy has three different levels of Ball Machines starting with our "Aussie Mozzie" spiral machine right up to Boris who is a high-tech 400 ball capacity computerised machine that can fire balls at up to 160 kph and at 3 balls per second.
Radar "Speed Chek" Guns
The Toptenn Coaches will measure your service speed to monitor how it increases over time!
Airzone and Ropezone.
Excellent rope target systems to improve your accuracy, develop your depth and sharpen up your angles!
Dennis Vandermeer "Target Trainers will help you pinpoint your shots and assist in some very clever technical development tools these trainers incorporate.
VTennis Technology
EPTC is proud to announce the arrival of vtennis.tv (VTTV), a world first interactive video technology and learning system.This system will enhance learning and accellerate development for a total tennis experience.
All of our student’s will now be able to see their skills and lessons fully in action in our special integrated video analysis and correction sessions.
ITF International Tennis Number Ranking
This assessment program is currently undertaken in 110 countries world wide and a means to challenge and grade the skills of students and competitive players. View fact sheet for further information.
VIP Membership
How do I Become a VIP Member?
Upon enrolment into any Hot shots or Adult Term Program, participants receive an EPTC VIP Membership Card with exclusive benefits and rewards. The VIP Membership as well as VIP benefits will remain valid as long as the member is enroled in a term program.

Champ Card Rewards Program
Each student at the TieBreak Tennis Academy has a CHAMP card. CHAMP is an acronym for:
Commitment , Hard-work, Attitude, Motivation and Participation.
Students earn CHAMP points for all of their TieBreak lessons, clinics and activities. CHAMP points are then recorded on your CHAMP Card. 1 box on the CHAMP card symbolises 1 CHAM P point.
More CHAMP points = more TROPHIES . Once students have collected 4 CHAMP points (4 ticked boxes) they receive a trophy. Students collect a BIGGER trophy for  every 4 points they earn.
Coaches will also award CHAMP points according to students who demonstrate the 5 pilars of CHAMP - Commitment, Hard-work, Attitude, Motivation and Participation.
TieBreak DAMP CHAMP - CHAMP Regonition
Once a student has collected 4 CHAMP points and their first/next trophy they also receive a coloured vibration dampener to go on their racquet. The dampener reprsents what CHAMP level they are up to (just like karate belt). This is a warning sign for your opposition, helps your coach to get you to the next level even faster and is recognition of all your hard work and achievement.

What is the Coloured Ball System? 
TieBreak Tennis Academy uses International Tennis Federation Coloured Ball Progressions in our Hot Shots programs. Please take time to view this short video featuring First Lady Michelle Obama, Steffi Graf, Andre Agassi, and their respective children.

It refers to the modified (transition red, orange, green, yellow) balls used to make learning tennis easier and to accelerate progress. It is in the context of introducing children to healthy activity. TieBreak Director Peter Owen was the first Tennis Australia certified coach nation-wide to introduce Hot Shots (coloured balls) into our Academy and competition programs.
You will see our TieBreak professional coaches using these balls in the corresponding programs. We host coloured ball invitational challenges regularly against other leading Academies and conduct competions after-school for kids wanting to take their tennis to the next level. Everyone is welcome.
